To provide the best job possible our IICRC Certified Technicians receive ongoing training in the latest technologies and cleaning methods ensuring superior results. We employ a 2 – step steam extraction system by first applying a pre–conditioner to loosen tough ground in soil then follow with a fabric rinse during the powerful extraction process which leaves your carpet deep down clean, smelling fresh and residue free.
Our Certified Technicians will arrive at your home on time, in uniform and greet you with a smile. Having service people in your home shouldn’t be stressful and our goal is to make your experience an enjoyable one. Our technicians will measure and review the areas (whole rooms, traffic areas or a combination) you would like cleaned, noting heavily soiled traffic patterns, spots or odors you may have particular concerns with. We then begin by pre-treating heavily soiled areas and spots to loosen tough ground in soil followed by a powerful extraction process to remove the soil and any residue that other cleaners may have left behind.
Protective pads and blocks are placed under legs or base of furniture that was moved during cleaning to prevent any transfer of wood stain or rust (metal legs) to your carpet during drying. As a separate application (optional) our technicians will apply Genuine 3M Scotchgard® Carpet Protector to the areas you have requested. Most major carpet manufactures recommend periodic re-application of protector even on stain resistant carpet.
Post cleaning walk-through/inspection. Once the carpet cleaning process is complete your lead technician will accompany you for a final walk through inspection of the areas cleaned. At this time he will give you tips and recommendations on how to keep your carpet looking its best.
